Dean Shu is the Chief of Staff at Scale. Prior to joining Scale, Dean was at Insight Partners, a venture capital and growth equity firm, focused on enterprise software. He also served as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 100 companies in tech and finance. He graduated with a B.A. in economics and psychology from Harvard University.
